First, brown the sausage in a skillet and drain the fat.

If you have a Ninja Cooking System, you can do it all in the same pot.  So handy!

Next, place in a small crock pot. I used a 3 quart crock pot.

Place rotel on top.

Cube the velveeta and place in the crock pot.

Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
